Form in Hardin County Kentucky on 12th February
1809.
Lincoln served as the 16th president of the USA from
March 1861 until his assassination in April 1865.
He successfully led his county through its greatest
Internal crisis the American Civil War.
Preserving the union & ending slavery.

• Mary Lincoln was widely unpopular due to her frivolity and spending practices. Her reputation worsened with her practice of holding seance in the White House after one of her young sons died.


• Lincoln was the first president to be assasinated while in office
